The main difference
Different jobs, honestly.
Screenpresso is a general capture suite: images, video, OCR, a full editor, and many sharing options, one of which is Linear. That breadth is its strength if you want one tool for all captures on Windows.
Snipflag does one job. A session collects up to ten screenshots, each with its own annotations and undo history, and sends them as one ordered Linear issue. Drafts survive restarts, and each session has a stable ID, so a retry after a network error never creates a duplicate issue.
